The things you'd want to ask
What counts as an “event”?
One date, one venue, one queue. A Saturday market day is one event. A Friday youth night and a Sunday fair are two. If your event runs across two days, talk to us. We'll be sensible about it.
Do you take a cut of anything?
No. There are no per-photo fees, no per-guest fees, and no cut of anything you raise on the night. The price on this page is the whole price, and the guest list from your event is yours, not ours.
What happens when the free test drive runs out?
Check-in stops for that event and you'll see an upgrade prompt. Nothing already captured is lost, and photos already delivered stay live for their retention window. There is no auto-charge. You'd have to choose to pay.
Can I switch from per-event to annual?
Yes, any time. Talk to us and we'll credit what you've already spent on events this year toward the annual plan.
Do you invoice? Our treasurer needs a proper invoice.
Every payment gets a receipt in your account, with our company details on it, that prints or saves as a PDF. We are not registered for GST, so there is no GST on it and we cannot issue a tax invoice. If your treasurer needs a purchase order number or anything else on the document, ask us and we'll sort it.
Is it cheaper than hiring a photo booth?
Usually, if you already have a camera and someone who can use it, and the capability stays with you for the next event instead of going home on a trailer. Here's an honest comparison.
