Privacy & data

Access requests, correction requests, deletion, questions about our role as your service provider, or a privacy complaint. This mailbox is monitored separately and goes to a person who can actually action it.

Were you photographed at an event?

You can delete your own photos without emailing anyone

If you are a guest who got a photo link and you want the photos gone, there is a delete button on your own photo page. It works immediately. Our guest help page walks you through it, and covers what to do if you cannot find your email.
